Microscopic findings	Under the thrombocytopenia (0.4万/μl) and leukopenia(1,200/μl) were seen a decrease in neutrophils (84/μl) in the peripheral blood. Not particularly unusual to erythrocytes in peripheral blood, giant platelets were seen in the part. 【MG.400x】
