Microscopic findings	Megakaryocytes in the bone marrow exhibited positive a massive for PAS staining. This case was antigranulocyte antibody positive, PA-IgG was significantly higher. Therefore, there was diagnosed with autoimmune thrombocytopenia and autoimmune neutropenia. 【PAS.400x】
