Microscopic findings	Granulocyte lineage cells was observed in the intensity of positive for PO staining in the bone marrow. This case was characterized dysplasia and increase of granulocytic cells with the marked increase of white blood cells. Therefore was diagnosed atypical chronic myeloid leukemia (aCML) that was negative Ph chromosome and BCR-ABL gene.【PO.600x】
