Advanced caecal cancer, Borrman type II, with 65mm in diameter. Deformity of Bauhinユs valve indicates ideal involvement. Tiny polyps (adenomas) are also detected in ascending colon. The frequency of right side colon cancer in HNPCC was twice as that of sporadic cancer.
