Resected uterus with a tumor 34mm in diameter in the corpus. The surface of the tumor is nodular. Histological diagnosis was adenocarcinoma. Endometrial cancer and ovarian cancer were frequent extra-colonic cancer in female HNPCC patients. Histology of endometrial cancer is adenocarcinoma, not squamous cell carcinoma.
