Resected uterus and bilateral ovarium. Right ovarium, 50mm in diameter, was diagnosed adenocarcinoma histologically. Early endometrial cancer is also detected and histological diagnosis is adenocarcinoma. Endometrial cancer and ovarian cancer are frequent extra-colonic cancer in female HNPCC patients.
