Shallow depressed lesion 7mm in diameter, with fold convergence is present in the posterior wall of the antrum adjacent to the pyrolic ring. This is an early gastric cancer in situ, type IIc (superficial depressed type). Gastric cancer is one of the most common extra-colonic tumor of HNPCC in Japan.
