Stain	May-Grünwald Giemsa (MG)
Microscopic findings	There dysplasia is observed in the granulocytes (center direction). There may be hypolobulated micromegakaryocytes (left).This case diagnosed RAEB-Ⅱ because of blast 13% in bone marrow and 19% in peripheral blood with bi-lineage dyspasia.Karyotype is 7-monosomy. 【MG.1000x】
