Materials bone marrow(BM)aspiration
Stain May-Grünwald Giemsa (MG)
Microscopic findings The bone marrow smear shows plasmacytoid lymphocytes with eccentric nuclei and basophilic cytoplasm. The small cells are lymphocytes.
