Materials	bone marrow(BM)aspiration
Stain	May-Grünwald Giemsa (MG)
Microscopic findings	Overall, the cells were slightly atrophic (insufficient drying?), but they mixed with the blast cells(52%), and abnormal eosinophils comprised 15% (arrow). The cells at 5-o’clock direction may be neutrophilic promyelocytes.Some of the juvenile eosinophils at 12-o’clockdirection exhibited granule abnormality. 【MG. 1000×】
