Microscopic findings	The blast cells show large and small size with irregular nuclei and clear nucleolus. There are azurophilic granules. Based on the fact that the cells containing granules did not have a promyelocytic morphology, we identified them as granular blast (Type-III blast) cells. 【MG.1000×】
