Microscopic findings	In the leukocytosis (11,300/μl), blast cells comprised 72%. The nuclear-cytoplasmic ratio is high, the chromatin is coarsely reticulated, and we can see irregular nuclei and nucleoli. Auer rods are observed in the left cell. 【MG.1000×】
