Microscopic findings	In the myeloperoxidase staining, the myeloblasts (at 4-o’clock direction) and the bi-nuclear neutrophils (at 11-o’clock direction) are positive, but some of the neutrophils in the center are negative (arrow). We believe that the large cells in the 1-o’clock direction are monocytes. 【PO.1000×】
