Microscopic findings	The erythroblasts are negative for iron staining, but some of the erythroblasts form ring sideroblasts at six o’clock direction. This case diagnosed MDS-RA because of myeloblast lower 5% and dyserythropoiesis and dysgranulopoiesis. 【Fe.1000x】
