Microscopic findings	The peripheral blood smear shows leukocytosis (389.2×10³/μl) mainly due to neutrophils in different stages of maturation, with peaks in the percentages of myelocytes and of segmented neutrophils. Degranulation is observed. 【MG.1000x】
