Stain	periodic acid Schiff (PAS)
Microscopic findings	Much of the blast cells are negative for periodic acid Schiff staining,some of the blasts are dot like positive. Blast cells are positive for CD13,CD33 and negative for HLA-DR. We belived that they are AML-M2 with HLA-DR negative. 【PAS.1000x】
