Materials peripheral blood(PB)
Stain May-Grünwald Giemsa (MG)
Microscopic findings In the leukocytopenia(2,200/μl),blast like cells comprise 52%. These cells are large cells with rough chromatin and a high nuclear-cytoplasmic ratio. Also they have not azur granules with strongly basophilia in cytoplasm.
