Materials bone marrow(BM)aspiration
Stain May-Grünwald Giemsa (MG)
Microscopic findings The blast like cells are large cells with rough chromatin and a high nuclear-cytoplasmic ratio. Also they have not azur granules with strongly basophilia in cytoplasm.
