Materials lymph node(LN)biopsy
Stain Hematoxylin eosin (HE)
Microscopic findings Proliferation of large atypical cells with
irregular and pleomorphic nuclei. Some smaller cells with irregular nuclei areintermingled. We denied DLBCL because of express CD4,CD25 marker and have anti HTLV-Ⅰantibody.
We supposed ATLL.
