Materials bone marrow(BM)aspiration
Stain EST double staining
Microscopic findings Myeloid series was positive in chroloacetate for EST double staining. This case was less than 20% blasts of bone marrow, the diversity of Auer rods and atypia of blasts were particularly chraracteristic. Had been diagnosed with AML-M2 with specific chromosomal abnormalities than has been demonstrated t(8;21)(q22;q22) involves the AML1/ETO gene. In addition to shows the expression of markers(CD13,CD33,MPO).
