Microscopic findings	【2 months of age】 In the normall leukocyte(4,100/μl), has been diagnosed as Kostomann syndrome were observed in a significant reduction in neutrophil(82/μl)in the peripheral blood. 【about 2 years】 Immature granulocytes (left) and basophilic erythroblasts (right) were observed with bi-nuclear in the bone marrow. Also monocyte are seen (lower right). 【MG.1000x】
