Materials	bone marrow(BM)aspiration
Stain	May-Grünwald Giemsa (MG)
Microscopic findings	Blasts is lower than 5% in the bone marrow and neutrophils tend to hypogranular. Eosinophilia was observed in a state of MPN. This case was recognized to t(8;13), FGFR1 abnormalities, and was diagnosed with myeloid and lymphoid neoplasms with FGFR1 abnormalities that it was complicated with T-lymphoblastic lymphoma. 【MG.600x】
