Stain	May-Grünwald Giemsa (MG)
Microscopic findings	Thrombocytopenia and anemia were observed in the peripheral blood. White blood cell count increased to 11,100/μl,was observed 4% blasts(arrow). Lobulated monocytes can be seen in the direction of 1 o'clock. 【MG.1000x】
