Materials peripheral blood(PB)
Stain May-Grünwald Giemsa (MG)
Microscopic findings Abnormal lymphocytes in the peripheral blood was 15μm size, but the large 50μm size was seen in some of them.Abnormal lymphocytes of small size was observed low of N/C ratio, increase of chromatin with remarkable irregular nuclear shape. 【MG.1000x】
