Materials bone marrow(BM)aspiration
Stain May-Grünwald Giemsa (MG)
Microscopic findings In the hypoplastic marrow was observed 68%abnormal cells in intermediate from small sized. There are remarkable irregular nuclei , N/C ratio is high and small nucleolus. We considered abnormal lymphocyte than form findings similar to peripheral blood.
