Stain	May-Grünwald Giemsa (MG)
Microscopic findings	Blast cells was seen 13% in the bone marrow. There are large, N/C ratio is low, abundant cytoplasm and nucleoli and irregular nuclear shape was observed (arrow). 【MG.1000x】
