Stain Hematoxylin eosin (HE)
Microscopic findings Neoplastic follicles were observed in cervical lymph node biopsy, in the B-cell of CD5- negative tumor cells; was diagnosed with follicular lymphoma that showed t(14;18) and IgH/BCL-2 fusion signal (grade2).
