Stain	May-Grünwald Giemsa (MG)
Microscopic findings	The peripheral blood smear shows leukocytosis (192.1×10³/μl). The PB analysis shows 2% blast, 4% promyelocyte, 4% myelocytes, 4% metamyelocytes, 2% band, 74%segmented, 2% eosinophils, 9% basophils and 3/100 erythroblasts. 【MG.400x】
