Chief Complaint	Right knee joint pain, left bone pain.
Past history	Nothing particular.
Present history	Although she had been feeling right knee joint pain and left bone pain, she did not consult anybody physician. Approximately 3 months later he began to cough and experienced dyspnea. Her X-ray films showed not only a coin lesion in her lung field but also bone destruction in her left upper extremity.
Laboratory findings	WBC 8.3×10³/μl (Met1, St6, Seg74, Ly13, Mo6%) RBC 4.71×10⁶/μl、Hb 12.9g/dl、 Ht 36.2%、PLT 39.5×10⁴/μl、 MCV 76.8fl、MCH 27.4pg、MCHC 35.7%、 Stamp smear of the bone scraping surfaces at the time of the right thigh scission LD 480IU/l、ALP 1,060IU/l、isozyme of ALP(Bone>Liver)
