Stain May-Grünwald Giemsa (MG)
Microscopic findings The chromatin is fine and the nuclei is located laterally in the two lymphocytes in the central of this figure. These characteristicss are remarkable in comparison to the normal lymphocytes and suggest the cells to be plasmacytoid lymphocytes.
