Microscopic findings	In the peripheral blood, abnormal lymphocytes comprised 26%, irregular nuclei was conspicuous, the large cells were abundant basophilic, and vacuoles were clearly visible. Based on the initial diagnosis of ATL/L, we identified them as ATL cells. 【MG.1000×】
