Microscopic findings	These are 3 small megakaryocytes containing azurophilic granules. At the 3-o’clock direction, there initially seems to be reticular cells, but because the chromatin is delicate and the limbus of the cytoplasm is firm, we believe these are juvenile monocytes. 【MG.1000×】
