Microscopic findings |
There are expressions of strangely shaped mononuclear and multiple nuclear cells with a conspicuous large and small disparity, with cell diameters ranging from 20 to 40μm. There are scattered expressions of mononuclear and multiple nuclear enlarged cells with abundant polymorphism. In the center, it is believed that there is the appearance of a cluster of 3 cells, with 2 cells in particular having thin nuclear membranes, and based on the evenly granular chromatin and the large asymmetric nucleoli, there is a strong probability that they are sarcoma cells. There is a strong probability that the pink color in the 1-o’clock direction is mesenchymal mucus.
