Microscopic findings |
The polymorphic enlarged cells appear to be on the verge of bursting out from the deeply basophilic cytoplasm. The chromatin is bulking and deeply dyed, and markedly irregalar nucleoli are observed. Images of one side of the nuclei coming into contact with or projecting from the cytoplasm are common findings in cases of sarcoma.
