Chief Complaint Fever and Leukocytosis.
Past history Nothing particular.
Present history Antibiotic and antiemetics were administered intravenously for treatment of fever and mild abdominal pain.
He had a continuous fever for 4 days and visited the family doctor. Leukocytosis was noted and he was admitted to this hospital. Cervical lymphadenopathy and a quail's egg-sized mass were found in the biateral submental regions.
