| Present history | Small papule appeared on the chest, visited a local physician because of swelling and fever cold symptoms, left lower leg.. Be admitted to the hospital for cellulitis. Results appeared on the bottom right leg swelling and hardness, spread anterior chest, and redness to the lower limbs. Then, thrombocytopenia and liver failure appeared, were administered prednisolone, high fever lasts, followed the same course, such as rash. Disturbance of consciousness and respiratory failure seen in our hospital and emergency hospitalization. (7cm liver, the spleen is palpable slightly) abdominal distension. |
