| Present history | Fever was sustained because it was causing swollen cervical lymph nodes two months after repeated heat generation (38 ℃) from a year ago, lymphadenopathy, but was lost in antimicrobial therapy a doctor in a nearby hospital. We showed general malaise, loss of appetite, weight loss (down 4Kg in six months) without remission after two months, antimicrobial agents, and the oral antipyretic as flame upper airway at a nearby hospital cause a fever of 39 ℃. Was referred to our hospital after two months, will be further recognized leukopenia. Superficial lymph nodes are not palpable, acknowledged hepatomegaly and splenomegaly.
