General malaise, headache. Genaralized lymphadenopathy, hepatosplenomegaly (CT examination). It was diagnosed as cholecystitis and consulted local doctor for fever and chills appeared. Was administered antibiotics afterwards, but it was refered to our hospital admission rather than improvement.
