Present history He was referred to a nearby clinic and now aware of the shortness of breath on exertion than a month ago. He introduced admitted to our hospital because that is noted for leukocytosis in blood test, anemia, thrombocytopenia were also observed.
Body temperature 36.4 ℃, lucidity. There palpebral conjunctiva mild anemia, jaundice without bulbar conjunctiva, no palpable superficial lymph nodes. Do not allow the liver splenomegaly.
