Chief Complaint Leukocytosis.
Past history At the 11-years old: splenectomy
Present history She had been monitored for adenopathy and splenohepatomegaly since he was 2 years old. She had a lienectomy at the age of 11. Recently, She showed an increase in lymphocytes in association with leukocytosis and adenopathy and a bone-marrow aspiration and lymph node biopsy were performed at another hospital. Then, she was admitted into this hospital for consultation.
Adenopathies (cervical, axillary. groin and others).
Laboratory findings WBC 51.6×10³/μl (Ly90, St-Seg8, Eo2%)
RBC 4.26×106/μl、Hb 14.3g/dl、
Ht 40.3%、PLT 8.6×104/μl、
MCV 94.6fl、MCH 33.5pg、MCHC 35.4%
