Microscopic findings	The blast cells have round nuclei with rough reticular chromatin and distinct nucleoli. Morphologically the cells are poorly differentiated monocytic cells and about 80% of them are monocytoid cells and about 80% of them are monoblasts. 【MG.1000x】
