Microscopic findings	The blast cells show relatively low nuclear-cytoplasmic ratio. There are with a irregular nuclei, rough chromatin and clear nucleoli. We regarded the cells at 12-o’clock direction as monocytes with fine granules. 【MG. 1000×】
