Stain	peroxidase (PO)
Microscopic findings	AML was suggested because 7% of the blast cells were positive for myeloperoxidase staining. The blast cells express CD13,CD33, CD117,HLA-DR positive. There is demonstrated 46,XY,t(6;9)(p23;q34)/DEK gene. This case diagnosed AMLM1. 【PO.1000x】
