Microscopic findings	In the leukocytosis (54,400/μl),the blast cells comprised 56%.There are blast cells (toward the center) and 2% of eosinophil (on the right).There are pseudo Pelger-Huët of the eosinophil(at three o'clock direction) and giant neutrophil formation (at nine o'clock direction). 【MG.400x】
