Stain	May-Grünwald Giemsa (MG)
Microscopic findings	The mature erythroid cell is present a non-staining portion in cytoplasm(arrow) because of defect in hemoglobin synthesis. Also there is the irregular niclei(at 7 o'clock direction). The blast cell (at 6 or 9 o'clock direction) is present. 【MG.1000×】
