Stain acid phosphatase (ACP)
Microscopic findings Blasts were further supported by positive T cells localized staining was observed for ACP staining. This case was diagnosed with leukemia/lymphoma and T lymphocytes from Pan T marker-positive, HLA-DR marker-negative.
