Materials	bone marrow(BM)aspiration
Stain	May-Grünwald Giemsa (MG)
Microscopic findings	Monocytes increased 32% in the bone marrow as well as the peripheral blood. Blasts of three can be seen in the direction of 11 o'clock. Showed a small megakaryocytes also pseudo Pelger Huet anomaly and low granules in neutrophils,but it was less than 10%.【MG.1000x】
