Stain	Hematoxylin eosin (HE)
Microscopic findings	In the center, there are large cells with clearly visible nucleoli. These appear to be Hodgkin cells, but cases of bone marrow invasion often involve relatively slightly small cells. In the background, there is infiltration of inflammatory cells containing lymphocytes. 【Bone marrow cell block:HE.200×】
