Microscopic findings	In the leukocytopenia(2900/μl),two large of blast cells are in all fields. They look like atypical lymphocytes, they are diagnosed as blast cells becase of their fine and clear nucleoli and, slightly basophilic cytoplasm. 【MG.1000x】
