Materials bone marrow(BM)aspiration
Stain May-Grünwald Giemsa (MG)
Microscopic findings Some of prolymphocytes have the projection in cytoplasm. These prolymphocytes strongly express surface IgM+IgD as well as B-cell antigens (CD19,CD20,CD22 and FMC7).
We belived that they are B-cell prolymphocytic leukemia.
